The voice in our head that can tell us that ‘we’re not good enough’ or ‘unlovable’, can be a constant companion – especially when we’re tired, going through change, or when under a lot of pressure. It’s a common theme I hear with clients – this belief of ‘not enoughness’, that can manifest in a variety of ways.
Low self-esteem can keep you from enjoying life and working towards the goals and things you want to achieve. Being glued and stuck to the unhelpful thought patterns is what keeps people from seeing everything in front of them that is important and meaningful.
Whether it’s a relationship challenge, stress from workload or family responsibilities, anxiety about the future, it often comes back in some dimension to the same thing. The more we can improve our sense of stability and groundedness in ourselves; our sense of self-worth and self-esteem, the more we’re able to effectively move through all the other aspects of life that impact on our mental and physical wellbeing. And when we do this from a place of understanding, compassion, and authenticity, the change can be transformational.
Working together, we can unpack and explore the beliefs that are holding you back, navigate through the blockages that may be present, and employ tools to empower you for the changes that need to be made; with the intention of boosting your self-esteem and self-confidence in the process.
