Having spent many years as a consultant in the corporate sector and with a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, my expertise is well-rounded across various workplace matters and scenarios.

My experience includes working with teams to build solid foundations of communication and harmony, staff wellbeing checks and 1:1 support, focus groups, mindfulness practices, and onsite counselling.

My passion and purpose in all of this work, however, has been the face-to-face facilitation with small and large groups on health and wellness topics. These have included: managing stress, building resilience, mindfulness, brain and nutrition health, navigating through challenges, women’s health, among many others.

I enjoy public speaking and interacting with the audience, and combine my Psychology knowledge and holistic background to share evidence-based tools and strategies that staff can apply both personally and professionally.

I have also been involved in student wellbeing talks at school camps, facilitating mindfulness programs and engaging in authentic and safe conversations around their current experiences to support their mental health and wellness.
